About USP Recruiting Process…

Before hiring an applicant for a job position, USP goes through a step-by-step hinting process. This process has three key phases, including application, interviewing, and onboarding (employee orientation). As candidates move through the employment process, they are interviewed several times before receiving a job offer or rejection notice. USP will also run a reference check as part of the recruitment process.
