Sr Data Engineer/Data Management

Full Time Position Job Details

We are looking for a talented data engineer to join our company to lead and implement data engineering projects, support and maintain data pipelines, and provide expertise and best practices regarding data engineering for staff across the company. The Senior Data Engineer will help decide how and implement improvements to pipeline, systems, and infrastructure. 

Responsibility Areas: 

    • Analyze existing data structure and make suggestions for improvements 
    • Work with operation team to identify web systems needs and solutions 
    • Configure, design, and develop solutions including key integrations to 3rd party solutions 
    • Monitor and track system processing and performance indicators to ensure business requirements are being met 
    • Maintain state of the art understanding of data management and platform capabilities 

Minimum Qualifications: 

    • Minimum 5 year+ Data Engineer experience or equivalent 
    • Source control using Git · Proficiency with SQL/Cloud computing 
    • Experience in integrating 3rd party applications and API 

Preferred Qualifications: 

    • Experience in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) is a plus 
    • Google script & API 
    • Experience in integrating web applications with ERP and other applications, middleware experience a plus 
    • Knowledge or experience in manufacturing, distribution and retail industry

Work Hours
: Full-time (Monday – Friday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM)
