Sales Support Manager

Full Time Position Job Details

Responsibility Areas: 

    • Follow up customer’s PO (purchase Order) and create SOC (Sales Order Confirmation) 
    • Follow up on the Sales Order fulfillment accordingly per Stock order, B2B (Back to Back) order, Processing Order, and
      the order of the special terms
       
    • Delivery notice to the customer and sales VP and Reps 
    • Release the loads to the trucking company/brokers for delivery 
    • Create invoices and follow up on claims and create credit memos 
    • Customer account set up (QBs, Resale Certificate, Credit application, etc) 
    • Run inventory checks and inform Sales VPs of current stock and incoming materials as needed
    • Prepare or capture internal reports for weekly/monthly review 
    • Update and send customers their reports as scheduled or as requested 
    • Maintain sales and inventory database by uploading sales records daily 

Minimum Qualifications: 

    • Good written and verbal communication skills 
    • Quantitative analytical skills 
    • Planning and organizational skills 
    • Team player with high level of dedication 
    • Strong computer skills, Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) 

Preferred Qualifications: 

    • Proven work experience as a traffic, logistics, and/or sales support agent 
    • Strong communication skills; highly efficient in both Korean and English 


Work Hours: 
Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM)
