Accounting Manager

Full Time Position Job Details

Responsibility Areas: 

    • Oversee and work hands-on together with team on general accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable,
      accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
    • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce month end and year end consolidated financial reports 
    • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness 
    • Create and submit analytical reports to Management on Company’s financial performance 
    • Coordinate and complete annual audits 
    • Assess current practices and procedures 
    • Improve systems and procedures; initiate corrective actions 
    • Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested 
    • Develop staff by setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships 

Minimum Qualifications: 

    • Strong computer literacy is a must (Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Application)
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA preferred. 
    • 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role 
    • Thorough knowledge of the U.S. GAAP 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization 
    • Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results 
    • Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques 
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems.


Work Hours: 
Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM)
